Common Questions

Is hosting included?
Yes — hosting is included in all plans. We also include SSL and uptime monitoring.
Can I keep my domain name?
Yes — you keep full ownership of your domain. You can keep it with your current registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) and we’ll point it to your website. If you prefer, we can also manage the domain for you — either way, it stays yours.
Is business email included?
Business email (e.g., [email protected]) is not included in the plan price. We can help you set it up with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, billed separately.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime and we’ll prorate the difference.
Do you offer refunds?
Plans are billed annually. Refunds are not guaranteed once services have started, but we’ll always be fair — contact us if there’s an issue.
What’s not included?
New features, redesigns, custom development, complex integrations, and large content work are quoted separately.
